Welcome to IMAGINATION MUSIC.

Our Instrumental Mission

Imagination Music has been providing Private Instrumental Music Lessons and Performing Artist Development in the Mackay region since 2012. It is our InstrumentalMission to bring awareness of the value of Music Education.

- to provide Music Tuition and Music Teachers to remote and Rural Australia,

- to provide training and empower Educators with the tools and support required to facilitate Music Education into their Curriculum where there is a lack of Formal Music Educators,

- to provide Music Education as a Health and Well-being exercise in Rehabilitation Centres, Aged Care and Health Facilities,

- to ensure Music Tuition, Musical Instruments and Music Learning Resources are available for everyone.

It is our Instrumental Vision to see and hear the World in Harmony.

Our Director

Imagination Music is Founded and Directed by Samantha Alison Marshall (Sami).

Multi-Instrumentalist and Vocalist, Sami is a Classically Trained Violinist, who also enjoys playing a range of Musical Instruments, including Piano, Guitar, Bass Guitar, Ukulele, Cello, and Melodic Percussion. Sami has enjoyed an Instrumental Music Career of morethan 30 years with notable experiences throughout Queensland and New South Wales, including touring and performing with the Darling Downs Youth Orchestra in association with the Canberra Youth Orchestra; performing at Parliament House in Canberra and Darling Harbour in Sydney. Sami has performed as a Support Act and back-up Singer and Musician at Music Festivals and Events; as a sessionMusician for Recording Artists in Recording Studios, competed in Eisteddfods, and performed Solo and as a Band Member in various Ensembles at a variety of Live Music Venues and Private Functions.

As a Songwriter and Performance Mentor, Sami has a passion to support Individuals and Ensembles from encouraging the First Lessons, allowing Students to find their own voice, all the way to Main Stage Performances. Over the years, Sami has observed andnavigated many Student journeys presenting Learning Challenges they face withinMainstream Learning Systems or with Standard Music Curriculum, and due to this, has designed and produced a unique Music Curriculum to support Students with specificLearning and Sensory Requirements. Sami continues to develop new Music Curriculum for a range of Musical Instruments and Student needs.
